We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for your internal school management purposes, subject to the terms of your purchase agreement (e.g., Standard or Premium Plan). You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the Service. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment

All plans are sold on a "lifetime access" basis, which refers to the lifetime of the product. Payments are due as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SMART CAMPUS 365 and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SMART CAMPUS 365, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
